Frequently asked questions

  • First, wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and check with neighbors, building office, and all entrances/parcel lockers. If it still hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, email us at support@crinklecouture.com within 72 hours of the “Delivered” scan with your order number and shipping address so we can help.

    Tracking hasn’t updated / seems stuck.

    If it’s been 7+ business days (US) or 12+ business days (international) with no movement, contact us. We’ll open a carrier trace and keep you updated.

  • Standard shipping takes 10-15 business days after production depending on location.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships after production. Use this number to track your package.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Klarna, and SHOP pay. Payments are very secure.

  • Orders have a very small window for edits or cancellations. For more info, please see our Shipping and Returns

  • Unfortunately at this time we do not.

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.

    • Turn garment inside-out to reduce friction on the surface.
    • Use mild detergent; no bleach and no fabric softener (softeners can affect stretch and print feel).
    • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best shape retention.
    • Do not iron directly on prints/snaps. If needed, iron inside-out on low.
    • Avoid dry cleaning.

    We use water-based, non-toxic inks that are safe for littles and the planet. Each onesie is produced on demand, reducing overproduction and waste. This means every item is created especially for you — no stockpiles, no excess.

    1. Double check your invoice you received via email if something is wrong like size, color, etc.

    2. In few cases depending on availability, order are shipped separately and you should receive multiple tracking numbers.

    3. Damaged items will be replaced.

  • Yes, all packages will ship in plain white plastic mailers with no indication of what is inside. Only you will know what surprises await!
