At CrinkleCouture, we know you’re excited to receive your order — and we’re just as excited to send it your way! ✨
Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 12 hours. 
  • After you have submitted your order, your item typically goes into fulfillment immediately. This means the order cannot be changed. However, if an order is placed that needs immediate attention, you may message us and we will make every effort to make corrections.  If the process has already make it into production, you will have to wait until you receive your order.
  • Fulfillment for most items takes 3-5 days. This includes weekends but does not include certain international holidays.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 15-20 days after production.
  • International shipping is available! Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs and postal services.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages
    Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver your package safely and on time. While we’re not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier, we’re always happy to help! If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order or filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information
    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll try to correct it before your order enters production or ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has begun.

    Free shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
    Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not eligible for free shipping due to higher carrier costs and extended delivery routes.

    Remote or military destinations will be charged a flat shipping rate based on package weight at checkout.
    Delivery times for these locations may also take several days longer than standard U.S. shipping estimates.

Delays
While we do our best to keep things speedy, please note that holidays, weather, or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays.
