Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, certain items (like pacifiers and intimate accessories) are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@CrinkleCouture.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) or send out an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item (oops!), please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
